DislikedI think that the Greeks will have no choice but to pretend that they will implement the lastest austerity package or they won't get the next part of their bailout money. Of course once they have the money, they won't lol
Edit: I'm slow typing today (topic already covered 2 posts above) ...Ignored
DislikedBut as with everything, there's no such thing as a free lunch and I can foresee 1 potential issue with Genesis-style trading: the size of the SL will have to be much wider because the various markets will have moved off their respective highs/lows by a lot more pips before the signals arrive. This will be compensated in some ways by bigger TPs so the RRR (in % terms) should actually increase but the actual SL pip-size could make some eyes water lol
Also, in such environment, your SL will become your best friend (I really, really mean that) and most...Ignored
DislikedI'd be cautious because the market has moved 92 pips today on pure speculation. ATR was 72Ignored
DislikedA few 'things' regarding ATR:
1) my ATR is showing 84 rather than 72. Is it just me?
2) for those who use the Genesis Dashboard (GMTS Dash) as in Jamz's post:

If you set the 'ADR Enable' to 'True' you'll see exactly where we are in the ATR range in graphical % form (sometimes it helps spotting where we are especially if the LFL-ATR Projection lines are far away).
3) maybe this is for Cody/Xaphod/Wiz.... can anyone confirm that the ATR (in LFL-ATR) and...Ignored
DislikedMy ATR shows 72. So far today we have moved 93.1. There is bound to be small broker driven differences, but either way, ATR has been exceeded for the dayIgnored
DislikedI'm with you for today's movement (93.2 here) but the difference in the ATR is almost too big for comfort: yes it's only 12 pips but mine is a gargantuan 17% more than yours (72 to 84)!Ignored

DislikedI thought about that but there's only a few pips difference in EU closing price 1 hr before/after my own 'midnight' + generally I'm spot on with these things using a broker's server 2 hours ahead of UK time (as far as pivots are concerned).
Maybe you have tariff restrictions in NZ and they confiscate a few pips as theu're passing through customs lol
Exactly the same hereIgnored
