when testing a new system you should have at least 6 months solid practice with it, most of the system on FF will look good to start with as they are geared towards the current market, but you need to learn how to handle the bad days too. good luck in your ventures, but don't rush to give away hard earned cash - - become a master first, then nail it down and ride the wave to victory.Ignored
I am not really new or something... That's the nice part of manual back (and forward) testing, you get a lot of screen time! I have read through threads here and there for a long time and never followed a system that was shared, just picked up some pieces. I have my set of thinking and trading. Kos's system adds two things, diversifying and trend. Something I stated before is that we don't know which pair will do what in the future. Slicing it up over more pairs will lower the performance for any wizard that is able to read tomorrows quotes, in my believe it will add to the overall performance in the long run. There have been many times in the past that I was stupid enough to switch pairs because I was in a bad strike in my dailly trading while other pairs would have been better, this is way to smooth things out without picking one or two pairs to focus on.
So yes, I don't mind using the basket approach and no, I don't follow blindly. Besides that, using a normal leverage and some mm, you won't go broke too fast. Been here, done it and don't think I'll be gone soon.
