If it's refreshing your chart, right click on the chart itself and go to refresh. Should that not clear the bad tick, I just go into history manager, find the bad bars, and delete them.
As for the explanation. Well, it is what it is.. bad tick (quote) was fed to them by a liquidity provider (they mentioned DB) and that was passed through to us. They have their hands full now cleaning up the mess.
I would email support with your account number and the orders that were affected just in case. I know the rep says they will fix any affected trade, but it never hurts to have a paper trail. That's the first thing I did at least.
