DislikedThis is SO typical with this broker! Brand new accounts have excellent execution in terms of their speed and fill prices yet soon after the account becomes profitable execution times slow DRASTICALLY! My execution times went from less than 500ms to well over 10,000ms. on every order. This happpened to ALL my profitable friends accounts too and there were many.
They are DEFINATELY using a plugin! Stay away from these theives, there are legitimate brokers out there but this isn't one of them.Ignored

To be honest with I have never seen any order to take this much to be executed since I started working at XEMarkets (Trading Point). Morever, I have not seen any legitimate complaints about execution times that turned out to be true. As I have mentioned in my previous post, delays up to several seconds can happen on rare occasions if a trade is placed immediately after the release of high impact news (i.e. NFP).

DislikedYea, yea, yea, sure and right. Never seen an order take this long to execute (10 seconds or longer) since you started working at TP? Never seen any legitimate complaints about these sorta execution times that turned out to be true? You must be a VERY new employee then!
Just look back on THIS thread at Pepster post numbers 171 and 181. You'll see the complaint, one which never got resolved. I know for a fact that Pepster wrote you a PM here at Forex Factory on April 26th detailing the complaint and provided their account number and name on...Ignored

I open and funded my account in 16 August 2012, right now it hosted in CNS UK VPS (it was hosted in CNS NYC VPS regarding TP in CNS latency chart) ,
Till now, there is no singgle trade executed on my live account, it;s parallel run with a TP demo acount at my home computer with exactly same setting and start equity that had several trade executed.
The problem is, there is a lot "Old tick" message (attached) in my live XEMarkets mt4 journal everyday, same problem wheter it hosted in NYC or UK CNS datacenter.

I can not change the time of my VIrtual Machine, what i can do is change the timezone,

The clock in your desktop is alredy "kept in sync" with the atomic clock, so you should not need to set the time. You CAN set the time zone of your desktop to match your own time zone. There are two possible reasons why the "old tick" message appears:
1. Slow connection but it cannot be the problem in your case because you have already move your VPS to the UK and the latency is minimal.
2. Your computer/vps clock do not match the MT4 platform time and this causes the platform to recognize some of the ticks as "old".
I can suggest you to verify the time of your systems and change it if does not match the platform time.
This error does not interfere with the functionality of EAs but ofcourse there are always...Ignored

My VPS time has been match to XEMarket platform time as your suggested, it does not work, these message still appear on my XEMarkets MT4 journal :
connect failed [No connection]
DataCenter connecting failed [2]
and lots of "old tick" message ( MT4 journal attached )
I have moved my vps datacenter, and i have matched the platform time
is there any posible solution to my problem ?
