DislikedNew hw sounds fun IF. I am wondering if you can make a flag hw. Yes, I know I could go off on my own and do this, but I like your debriefs before hw sessions.
I do not feel I understand the full dynamics of flags, I have notions of what a flag is, but would be helpful if you posted something on what a flag is to you as a PIE trader and how a flag is traded. Or what a flag signifies.
Trying to go over all examples I see in other threads and red talks about them a lot but the examples are fragmented. You seem to present great answers, and this...Ignored
Everything that we do is based upon flags and the spaces between them (poles).
The homework I just set, in fact, all the homework I ever have or ever will set is all about them.
Give this latest bit of homework everything you've got, and you'll understand everything you need to know about flags, and consequently, the market itself.
You'll see flags forming between 2 decision points.
You'll see them compressing up, down, or both.
You'll see them trapped within a defined range.
You'll see PA within the flags setting up for a break one way or the other. You'll see the decision to break, and the pole taking price to the next decision point.
If, after you've completed this homework, you still have any issue with flags, I'll buy an edible hat!
