DislikedIt is a pure technical argument, nobody in their right mind is going to risk that kind of capital at 1Mn+ accounts, the next problem is that no broker is going to give you the high leverage you need to keep that compounding going, and thirdly, you won't get filled, so the returns always get smaller and smaller the greater the account become.
Running little compounding scenarios is fun, but utterly useless and can never be replicated in real life.
Go open an account at 1Mn and do a few weeks of 10% and see how long it will take for your broker...Ignored
Depend on broker:
If you use retail broker then you are right, if you use institutional broker, then you (as trader) are ok.
For example, if you have 1 mio in your account and you use one broker as liquidity and one bank as fund holder...there will be no problem at all!
