@ Joey, I read an article long time ago about why the term "overbought" didn't apply to Forex the same way it applies to stocks, which is the way some people came into trading, and how they may see the term used.
The best I can find now is the definition from Investopia, so basically yes, from technical / indicator perspective, price is overbought, but fundamentally, in the way that currency is different from stocks, the value may be correct due the fundamentals and not because it will ever pay dividends; sorry, not the best explanation.
And there will be resistance before it ever gets to 100, look what happen last 4 times these candle went green.

1. A situation in which the demand for a certain asset unjustifiably pushes the price of an underlying asset to levels that do not support the fundamentals.
