DislikedThis thread attracts a lot of junior members, and that is a good thing!
But I have to explain something to all the junior members, who just started posting:
Guys, please don't get offended if sometimes nobody answers your post. It is not because the participants of the thread ignore you - it is because most of them don't see your message.
If you are a junior member, your posts are moderated and because of that they appear much later. For example: you're reading page 70, post your message. When you posted your message, page 70 was the...Ignored
DislikedHi Al and others
I know you are a great person and i thank you again for all your time spent in this room.
I don't want to hurt you But i have a feeling that the method as we defined the rules in post 1 can not be a trend follower
MAy be it can if we have a very high volatility in market, but so far each time the pa moves outside the bands, the bands already point to the pa direction, so the trade we are about to get in will be a counter trend.
If we keep using this band trend rule, it will always be a subjective point.

DislikedHi Ever E. Man, My age is between you and Al, I'm 65. That make us the 3 oldest persons in this thread, probably in the Forum too. But I feel I'm still at 25, eager to learn, I want to learn every bit wisdom that Al passes our way.
I have the same idea to compile Al's important posts into a PDF file and already did some. It's saved as word file. I could send it to you if you want.

DislikedI have reviewed and tested Zznbrm´s TMA Slope indicator and decided to include it in our system.Ignored
DislikedGood addition. I'd prefer to have it just post the current number on the chart rather than taking up space in another window.Ignored
DislikedHi Al, this Dutch oldbie (66) is following the ongoing discussions on a daily basis. Based on my own chart trading experience I will use your idea in a slightly different way. Maybe it will help in further developing your system. What i do is this:
#1. I use CRB-11 chart (constant range bars)
#2. added a second ATM with a multiplier 4
#3. added a signal line.
As you will notice the outer ATM lines offer more inside to where the PA is heading and gives the opportunity to stay longer in a trade. See the 3 attached charts as an example.

DislikedZznbrm created a very nice and useful indicator, thank you very much!
I have a question about TMA Slope: right now on EURUSD it shows two figures: 1.34489 and 0.57430.
I understand that the second figure shows the height of the last bar and according to the Al's first rule that means a Bullish TMA (0.51 to 1).
But what about the first figure, 1.34489? Does it mean anything or we can just ignore it?Ignored
