DislikedThanks mate for the trade management EA.
Couple of questions, if I may. Is it a stealth type where the variables are not shown on charts/trade columns but instead runs in background? If so, puter needs to be running to get the job done. Secondly, does it override tp/sl already set prior to running yours? Finally, does it disappear (removed automatically) as the trade is closed? I ran it on a few charts and this is what I discovered so far.
Cheers,

DislikedIt only needs to be on one chart and it will manage everything with your chosen trade comment. No it's not stealthy it places your set stoploss and takeprofit, but only if it's currently NOT SET. Therefore just open a "New Order" set your "Comment:" and click "Buy" or "Sell". When a trade is closed it is closed, even if you close it yourself it will not matter. It's very basic and forgiving.
It simply cycles the open orders checking for missing stoplosses, takeprofits and if the trade parameters are met for triggering breakeven and part...Ignored
DislikedThanks Rokz.
I removed the default comment "rokz" and now see it manages all trades with no comments. For those orders partially closed that have comments are not managed since the mismatch of comments. Used with care, your EA is very helpful, indeed.
Thanks again,

DislikedYep, that is correct. Once part of the order is closed it gains a new trade comment. The way the manager runs is to, Firstly set breakeven then do the Partial Close. So once it's not under management the trade no longer has a chance to lose money anyway. Glad you like it, if you notice any bugs let me know. I tested it thoroughly and use it myself, if I do change anything I will re-post it in this thread since I basically made it to assist me with this strategy.Ignored
