DislikedHi everybody,
I have a question what you do in this situation:
Let's say you wait for a signal: -> signal comes (e.g. breakout).
What do you do ? Wait for a pullback or do you jump in immediately ?
What is your experience with that ? I prefer the pullback but not always, I'm mixing, what do you think ?
Any tests made ? I like pullbacks more after the signal (R/R-Ratio) but you often miss moves (that's not the problem, I just wondering what's better: Just in or wait for pullback ?)

DislikedHi pips. 96 taken out already. I think the fiber is out to frustrate me this year. It has formed this habit of turning like 2 or 3 pips to my entries. But I really doubt shorts working out till release. I've observerd market trades in the direction of forecast on hopes till actual release. Which for today is north. I'm not in the long ride since I mentioned I was looking for 2760 yesterday. The foolish fiber turned at 2762 and it came back to pick patient dogs at 2770 but missed that too. I really pray the NFP comes with a big bang! That's where...Ignored
DislikedIMO, I always treat NFP as a special trading day. Anything can happen, she could swing both directions 100-150 pips in a heart beat. I'm usually flat or scalping range a bit. Sometimes I'll park limit orders on the outer s/r level in hope to pick up a few trades. Other than that I'll wait till she shows true direction and ride the wave.
I already made over 1% in an hours trading and flat now till around NY open.
Cheers and GL.Ignored

Disliked@WM-EU: Thanks for your reply ! Yes, I think if you have time you should only take pullbacks. I trade short term and often my entry is not that good on market order, so pullback is a good alternative.
@all: If market goes with your favorite direction do you go against it if market "overheat/overreact" in your direction ? Pic should take for itself:Ignored
