DislikedHe uses that as an emergency stop loss and it has never been hit. He will take a loss if necessary if he gets an opposing signal.Ignored

DislikedThe 50 pips SL was hit 30 November and the move that day was fast 200 pips comming Out of the blue, but That is also why it is so importent to use emergency stop,,,Ignored
DislikedWouldnīt it be logical to integrate the trendline indicator into your wonderful new candle indicator?Ignored
DislikedAgreed, here's the new toy improved:
Trendline colour is CCi above or below zero so it was fairly easy to add (can be switched on/off).
Added alerts if there's a blue or red candle just closed, and the previous one was opposite colour or neutral. Can't work reliably though due to repainting past few (mostly 3-4, up to 7) candles; perhaps the reliability of alerts can be improved setting the AlertCandle variable to 2 or 3 so it will give alerts on already painted candles less prone to repaint.
That's all from me (i will not use it anyways),...Ignored
DislikedHow sorry I feel that you donīt want to code an EA for cash for me, but this one here is more than I expected.
Thanks a thousand times MJ, I will never forget this.Ignored
Dislikedi'm happy it made you lucky, but don't get it wrong - in fact, i just altered few lines in an existing indicator - the credits should go to those who made it. most probably, i'll come up with an ea, you just have to be patient. btw i will never code anything for cash.Ignored
DislikedIf you ever change your mind about the cash send me your Paypal by PM.Ignored
Dislikednot so long.. but i won't come up with a useless ea. it takes time to make a useful one.
thanks for confidence.. but it will never happen.
it would be a petty insignificant deal but to me, it's a matter of categorical imperative i simply refuse to generate new instances of (provider/customer, employee/employer) responsibility.. in fact, i want to cut them off slowly ..for me, that's the objective of trading.Ignored

DislikedHow can anyone possibly trade using an indicator that changes after the fact, I haven't read all of this thread, but if you decide to enter a trade based on what color these candles print and then they change then what?Ignored
But to see why this ridiculous repainter plethora works in terms of providing a tradable entry, the structure of the system is better to be turned upside down:
With this structure, it's quite possible the danger of repainting (and closing the trade for a loss if the signal disappears) can be compensated through an early entry, providing the skilled trader with enough room to manage the trade.
again - I don't trade the system as-is, and I have coded the candles because there were requests and it was very simple to do. But I do believe the people who say: it works and it has its merits. The lines above are just an attempt to express the possible reasons behind their statements.
DislikedHi Musashi,
thanks for the question I think the answer is - exit the trade.
Perhaps I'm a wrong person to tell the reasons why it works or should work, simply because I never traded the system as presented in post #1. I'm using a tweak of it for entry confirmation on 1min.
But there are people (besides the thread starter) who trade the system. They follow the rules to the point and keep on pulling profits. Just check jurn_e's posts in the thread. Personally, I'm still in doubt if it can...Ignored

DislikedI have only just come across this forum 2 days ago and have been trying to get through all the posts....but there are so many, it will be next year before I do....
If you would like to practice the system there is a tool that allows you to go back in time and then move forward at your own pace and pause to review the setup and then move forward to see how it works out. It can help you get a handle on how things work and help you understand the system
Instructions are included on how to use it....You can even place trades.
