Ciao P.Dean and everybody,
as i told in my first post of this thread i've found that this strategy is very good for position trading too, so i'm following both the kinds of trading, position trad. on 30min tf and scalp. on 5min as you all do.
The charts below are an example of what i'm talking about.
In the first chart there's the position trade on aud that was entered on the first bounce (smbt) because i missed the first entry at the bottom.
The right entry point was anyway 20 pips lower but i had a refreshing issue with Rf (it has shown up one bar late at first and then moved to the previous); i took it anthough it was late because the trend was strong and there was still enough room. Closed 3/4 of the full lot size at the first target and left the rest to run, so now i have a runner and i look at it just twice a day at the open and at the close.
Then i scalp every retracement searching the signals on 5min chart, so that i have a runner that follows the main move and gains without me to worry about it, and i gain also almost on every retracement. See an example in the second chart, that short has been closed at 0.9780.
Furthermore i can also scalp each pull back that will sometimes become a runner as well.
I hope all this makes sense.
Btw as i told above i noticed sometimes refreshing issues with Rf indi, i don't know if ti depends of a lack of data from mt4 plat or of the indi itself.
Any comment is welcome as always.
