DislikedWith 200.000, you can trade directly with Liquidity provider. I don't know a lot about trading with a liquidity provider, but it's really a way to get a good spread and extremely fast trade execution.

What happen when you place a trade with your broker:
You >> MetaTrade 4 >> Broker (Charges Commission) >> Liquidity provider ( Charges Commission) >> Order placed
When you trade with Liquidity provider directly:
You >> Liquidity provider ( Charges Commission) >> Order placed
Trading with the liquidity providers gives you faster execution, and you pay less for your trades.

DislikedI'm personally going for Dukascopy (with them, you need to document that you are profitable in order to manage accounts) & Interactive Brokers with around the same amount.
As a retail trader, I doubt there are many (much) better alternatives.Ignored
Dislikedhi aediaz1,
Personally I don't like MT4, they always re-qoute, sometimes can't even close a profitable trade during high volatily time. and those brokers have thousand and one reoson to tell us, most common is "YOur internet connection is slow".
For Interactive Brokers, I read a lot of negetive info about them, so i'm a bit lost how to choose my "NEW" broker. currently I'm with Oanda.Ignored
Dislikedif lets say MS Excel or Word freeze allot on you, would you blame Excel or Word or would you investigate the computer and or the person who is using the machine?
MT4 is a good program, the question is, what broker is behind it, dont blame mt4 itself.
AND its laughable when people say I refuse to use MT4 I want to use another platform to trade, well if the broker isnt honest, the same plugins and controls that he had for mt4 he has that + a few more for his own platform.
STP brokers is the only way, too bad they can switch you to DD anytime....Ignored
