DislikedTwo weeks ago I was doing my personal research. I have sent an email with 10 simple questions to several brokers. Reply from FinFx customer support was the fastest one the most informative. Really impressed with their support.

They are located in the middle of nowhere, near Russia.. ask yourself why
A serious broker has to be located in or near London, Sydney, Tokyo or NY, bc their liquidity providers are there. This avoids unnecessary latency when it comes to (fast) trading. And it provides a certain supervision from the regulator bodies.Ignored
DislikedTo get quick answer doesnt make them a good broker!

DislikedHello Onu, I didn't claim that they are a great broker. I just said I had been impressed with their support. For instance, the reply to the very same email from IBFX was "all answers stand on our homepage." YES! That was extremely helpful. Great support doesn't mean FinFx is a good broker, but it makes customers feel good.
If this is a rule, FinFx can be an exception.

I'm sorry, I'm to long in this business to believe in a miracle when it comes to mt4 brokers.. especially when they claim themselves "STP" or even worse, "ECN" broker.Ignored

QuoteDisliked-Relevant if you're news trader: Spread widens a lot during major news releases, usually upto 15-25p, biggest I've experienced was 35-40p. That's only during 5-10sec time before/after the news. There is also a slippage of pending order on the first news spike step, but I guess it's normal for these proper brokers (non bucket shop, market makers), right?
QuoteDisliked-Only after registration I found out that for each and every withdrawal request they charge 10€ fee.
DislikedIt's OK. Do you trade during news?
Many brokers charge withdraw fee.
Thank you for you sharing your experience. Keep us updated.

DislikedWill be glad to. I hope also other FinFx users will share their experience, pros/cons.
Yes, one of my strategies is news straddle with pending orders. I got my 3-4 months of notes and videos for each major news report, got the proper straddle script settings for each release, found good pre-news analysis sites etc..started making consistent profit, but then my old broker TradingPoint added huge delay to my account, and slippage atop that. Now I'm testing straddle and also non-news strategies with FinFx.
So the spread widening ammount, I mentioned...Ignored
