Sitting on my hands at the moment. Twitter Traders i follow not seeing much either
I read somewhere - let the market come to you and don't chase trades and that seems a good principle when its acting so tight and rangy.
However i am very mindful at this time of a recent DGINC comment on last weeks PA in the market:
many traders characterized as choppy or ranging, drilling down on just the EUR/USD on a 15 M chart provided over 10 opportunities for over 80 pips each. I was able to catch 3 of those for over 300 pips profit (trading two lots). So, adapting to the market is a key element of my strategy. I never complain or try to justify what is happening my job is to adapt and look for opportunities. That can encompass smaller time frames, counter trend, other pairs, etc. I try to observe what the market is telling me, not impose my will.
Its easy to be caught napping and be switched off at times like this. So I'm remaining attentive - somewhat like a cat watching a mousehole!
I want to avoid saying to myself after yet another missed opportunity: DAMN how the F**K did i miss that one?!
