Dislikedthinking if we can have the candle size as one of the parameters.. to avoid small candles which has low volume which invalidates indicators...Ignored
DislikedWow, Seller9, amazing work you're doing here. Thanks for all the updates. I like the idea of lower TP for countertrend, but is there a way for the EA to see if a trade is countertrend and use lower TP or will you have to set it to false and set all TP to 5-10pips?
In other words, since we don't know if a signal will be with or w/o the trend, is there a way to let the EA run a higher TP on trending trades and a lower TP on countertrend trades?
I hope it makes sense, as it looks like we wanna avoid too small of TPs on nice trending runs...Ignored
DislikedFirst thank you for your efforts you did, and, off course - SELLER9 - the great.
about your question I think that the STOCH triger should be changed to:
[Stoch (n=-1) - Stoch(n=0)] >= 3, since at the showed USDCHF the difference of the stoch was almost flat (about 0.1...)

DislikedHad a little time so I added the Broker and the Counter Trend option to change the TP to a different number of pips if a countertrend trade is entered. The other items mentioned before are also in this V10. So I will be testing next week with 2 accounts with counter trend turned on and using a different daily trend alert for each one to see if there is any difference. I have enclosed a screen shot of the 2 setups. Will see how it goes next week. I have one on each monitor so I just did a capture of both at once, hope you can read it.Ignored
DislikedSeller8, dude, you're simply amazing!!! Can't believe you're including all kinds of requests into this evolving EA... I've seen many EAs being developed on FF here and most of the coders were jerks, saying "well, I'll see if I have time for that, or "i don't think that's a good idea" or worse, "if you think it's a great addition, why don't you code it"
Man, you bring an unparalleled kindness and professionalism to this thread and no ego, you really inspire me/us... Thanks for all your hard work, and for putting up with us and our nonending...Ignored

DislikedSeller9 you say you don't have no real coding experience, many on here will say otherwise. great support network and team effort. I hope we just don't get on your nerve a lot on...i can't get this...how you get that...help with this and help with that.

DislikedHi SELLER9,
As I look the the Static TDI trend and the Dynamic TDI trend - together (for confirmation).
Could you explain this in further detail?Ignored
DislikedHi Seller9 and all participants to this active thread.
Is there a test record that shows this EA,s forward performance?
Is it mature enough now tonstart use it on small live account.

There are 2 kinds of TDI indis: The Static one (the normal Green and Red TDI) that updates at every new candle (according to the relevant TF) and the Dynamic indicator (TMS Osc), which update every tick.
Now according to the Original model (of BiG_E) he looks at specific hours range according to H4, and at apperence the new candle he dicides if to open a trade or not.
The EA has the oppotunity to open a trade every minite depends on the TF, and sometimes using 2 TF's, too. So the Dynamic TDI has an importarnt role for...Ignored

I see what you are saying. I had been using the static in V8, as that what BigE was using. In V10 I am testing using the Dynamic to see what happens. How would you use these two in combination? It seems if they were "AND" the static would control the entry or exit and if they were "OR" the dynamic would control it.
I can see maybe just the dynamic for the close as it would be quicker.
How are you using them in combination? As long as I am testing V10 I could change it to reflect this and see how it performs.
Thanks...Ignored
DislikedWhen trading resume on August 1st, takes a countertrend trade as there is a 'gap'. I have read documents from experienced traders saying that when there is a gap as trading resume it will trade back to it's previous location or direction (most of the time).
Can we add a function to disable any trade on Monday morning first half an hour.
Or simply set the clock in the built in EA, my consideration is for those that might run the EA continuously unattended.Ignored
