Totaly agree. When I say I don't follow the news, doesn't mean I'm not aware of them. Some of the very important scheduled reports I simply avoid like non farm, interest rate decisions, FOMC reports. Usually I don't trade at least 1 hour before the report (for non farm I don't trade at all on that day before the report). Only after at least 30 minutes I'm ready to continue trading. Today I was not aware of very important scheduled reports for EU (apart from one relatively important in the morning)
