Hi Sparkky,
Let me see if I understand you correctly, you want the alert to only be triggered at the close of a candle that crosses?
There are a couple ways to approach this function. The one I chose and delivered in the above version simply watches for the first instance of a price cross and triggers the alert. In other words the alert is triggered while the candle is forming, this is good for expediency, but bad if the price closes back on the originating side of the signal line.
So, if you like I can easily change this so as to look at the open and close price only. Therefore you would only receive an alert upon a candle closing and it would ignore price crosses that were simply candle wicks.
Does that make sense?

DislikedThank-you so much dlazor,
I will test and let you know the results.
I do have a piece of code that limits the alert after the close of the signal bar. I am just beginning to learn how to code and this will be a great opprotunity to put my limited skills to the test. I will keep you posted.
Thanks againIgnored
