DislikedI know I said I wouldn't post anymore but I'd like to make one comment on the posts by FX Plankton and some of the others from relative newcomers to the thread in the last couple of weeks...
Firstly, FX Plankton, I am sure from looking at your blotter from Friday that if you made over 22% in one day then the positions that you took were far too large relative to the size of your account. The risk of ruin would be too great if you traded like that with real money. Just by looking at this one aspect of your example, I am 100% sure you are not following...Ignored
DislikedEdited by FX Plankton to reduce clutter:
"1- I am sure from looking at your blotter from Friday that if you made over 22% in one day..."
Plankton's Reply: Agree as my second blotter showed.
"2- Whilst it might sound like a good idea to summarise the teachings of the thread, I don't think it is..."
Plankton's Reply: Dis-Agree for the reasons I already gave. Kumbaya does not cut it (check Kevin O'Leary).Ignored
DislikedThere you have it... 1 of 2 ain't bad.

Dislikedwhere you see Ego I see just an honest attempt from someone who just wants to learn. You should see my EGO LOL
You see everything is matter of perspective and how you relate to others opinion.
you can't know 100% sure of what are his intentions, just give a man time and it will show you who he is.
There is nothing like losing all you have in the world for teaching you what not to do. And when you know what not to do in order not to lose money, you begin to learn what to do in order to win.You begin to learn! This are the best lessons that anyone...Ignored

DislikedAnyone got any update on fti? He has been away from this forum for quite a few days and I was concerned.
Hope that his is doing well.Ignored
DislikedLooks like i could have saved my trade after all. Decided to call it a day just when I should have been entering a rescue trade... and what an easy one that would have been... in hind sight of course. So much more to learn!
I've been wondering of ftis absence as well. Hoping all is well.Ignored
DislikedSame thoughts here. I have been worried about his health and I can only hope he takes the advice of his doctors. It doesn't seem like trading is doing his health any good.Ignored
DislikedHi Zoran,
understand your concerns.
But I came to the conclusion, that trading is fti's life.
To be part ot the market is all he want's to be at the moment.
Yeah - I'm sure he knows what will be the price he has to pay sooner or later. Sometimes I think it would be more confortable for him, if we would not remind him too often about his serious state of health...
Just my 2 cents ...
I start to pray for him more silently in the future.
All the best,

DislikedP.S. As I look back at todays trade WOW, I entered at the top and got out at the bottom. Timed the move perfectly... almost too perfectly. Amazing how it doesn't even feel like your doing anything wrong until you look back on the results. I remember analysing my trades a long time ago and from that analysis.Ignored
