"Good" is what the Big Money thinks it is. That is why it is so difficult to CONSISTENTLY be rewarded by the NFP. The Risk involved is huge because of the whip-saw and one never really knows what "good" is going to be. What you can do is to wait for the top / bottom to form and take it to the 50% fib. This seems to work more than not. As a rule I do not enter on the NFP however I will enter after the market settles on a direction later in the day. Many many times during the afternoon of the NFP the market will settle and move within a range going from lower to upper to lower BolliBands, Over and Over again on the Lower TF's (1/2/5 minute...my preference is the 2 minute).
