DislikedYou're running 5 miles a day and only consume 1500 calories per day? That's burning something like 600 a day, taken away from the 1500 you consume, leaving you with 900 calories/day. Are you trying to lose a lot of weight? That's a pretty extreme calorie deficit per day for a normal routine.Ignored
DislikedYou weren't the only one who noticed it. It's unlikely they should have a similar necessary intake anyway, as their bodies and activity levels will have different needs. 1500 is extremely low for a pretty active person. In fact, it's below what most inactive males require. But maybe he's 5 foot.
Fit, strong and healthy doesn't require any more than a decent diet, walking, occasional high intensity cardio and resistance training that uses no more than our body mass. If you want to be big or able to run for hours, that's another matter.Ignored

By the way, when is the appropriate time to exercise these workouts in the morning, right after get up? or one hour after breakfast, or other time? Actually I don't want to be type of Arnold Schwarzenegger, just wish to keep body well-proportioned but strong and endurable.

Dislikedok i've done the navy seals workout since you posted it, that's 6 weeks now, two times a week and it's perfect for me, doesn't take a lot of time, besides i swim regularly, and it feels good, i can highly recommend it to everyone, although you need a solid base, thanks again for posting it FXSurferIgnored
DislikedI use a Wii exercise DVD thingy and it's quite good. Not as good as squash, though.
