Hello Custos!
So, you switched now to completely long-term trading? In your earlier posts i saw that you trade of smaller TF with small stop-loss and with profits according to higher TF (m15-H4). Now, you changed your style and completely trade D-H4 TF? Do you look for smaller TF ?
I was exited about pipEasy thread of millipede. But, the exact his style is too complicated for me. Concept remains amazing, to have small limited losses and unlimited potential gains. It's good realized with framework for example: D, H4, m15 TF. When you look at trigger on m15 TF and put a small stop beyond this trigger, and your profit potential is huge, 10,20,30R. But this concept has a problem: when you go down to smaller TF, and use some candles as a trigger, you dealing with much noise and have more false setups.
So, did you switch to Higher TF, as a trigger chart for this reason?
Second question: How do you backtest your strategy? You use forextester 2 version or 1 ? I tested a lot MTS, back in 2005. But testing discretional system is hard to me. You have a defined set of rules? How many years back you've tested your strategy? How many currency pairs? How you deal with the fact, that close of the H4 candle for example is different in different data feeds?
