Does MB normally issue outage reports for these types of things? A general list of what went wrong and what measures are in place to prevent it happening in future?Ignored
They should have sent a message over the alerts window ( Desktop ) like they do when they have an extended rollover or some other Tech issue. Can't explain why they did not this time, as I think that comes over the Perm server that was always up as far as I could tell tonight. At least then you know the problem is on their end and you don't need to fix anything on yours.
It would save them a deluge of phone calls as well.
Eclipse gives some good advice for all to follow. There will always be some Tech issue at some time if you are online 24X6. With proper management, however, you should never be exposed to any danger of signifigant loss, just inconvenience.
