I believe Steve has either code or is working on coding user selectable values for stochMACD in the EA so you can relax the entry condition on MACD a bit, allowing secondaries and near miss primaries.

I have utilised Steve's newly selectable variables for the MACD and have found this really useful.
Since coding the red MACD is impossible, over the last couple of days I have been playing with the 'stoch period' variable in the EA and adjusting it for different pairs to see if this helps in any way. (I'm adjusting it in the indicator first and then replicating that in the EA settings once I'm happy with the way the red line is behaving). Some pairs seem to suit longer periods and others shorter.
I've got to confess to being a complete novice in relation to Stochs as I've never really found them useful to my trading (until now). Early days to say if playing with these periods in the EA is heading in the right direction or me making a valiant attempt at messing the system up totally!
