DislikedYour broker is different from mine. So if the pairs you listed above conform to this strategy, then they are valid. The only way to know whether they are valid or not is to post themIgnored
Dislikedi have one more dilemma.
the broker i use is igindex. thier daily candles actually finish at midnight (bst) , long after the markets close. and the next daily candle opens a minute after midnight. so any trades entered will have to be a minute after midnight (next day candle).
bearing this in mind, as the candles end long after the markets have closed, are the candles still valid signal candles ?Ignored
DislikedAppears it might be better on smaller time frames...maybe one hour...maybe 15M...this system is all about momentum trading and momentum trading doesn't exist against the trend, but on smaller time frames with smaller t/p's, should be ok.

DislikedA trade using H1 engulfing bars this morning.
Keep an eye out, they work well.

DislikedJag:
These are great examples...thanks.
Can you supply a little recent history of t/f's and pairs that are working good for you?
I really love this simple system...I dont have to guess with indicators and that I don't really understand anyway, but I do understand momentum and price action.Ignored
Dislikedwhat is a H1 timeframe and lower ? what time do you trade (british time) and what pair do you use ?
are you using this ashrafs system only ?Ignored
Dislikedhi jag,
i think its a good idea to start a new thread for this system, we can discuss more.Ignored
DislikedH1 is the one hour timeframe, I trade 5.30 to 9am UK time, preferably before the Frankfurt and London opens at 7am and 8am respectively.
I trade any pair with a decent spread but the targets are from H1 and the entries from m5 so most major currency pairs work well.
I just trade pure price action using support and resistance and trend analysis
Ashraf, sorry for the off topic posts.
Your engulfing bars / candles are just so amazing.Ignored
DislikedFor those who are confuse about this method, though it is too earlier, but because of the price trend today, i think eurusd, audusd may have a valid setting according to alpari uk if it ends this way today. i will wait until close of todays candle to determine. the trend may continue tomorrow-Ignored
