Dislikedyes ,, they sleep under bridges. many houses are mt.. whole brand new cities are mt. more and more continue to come with no place to stay. it dont matter how much they build for these guys. they cant pay anyway.Ignored
Well, the Chinese did address the issue by building more and more "public housing" that is affordable and everywhere (started around the early 2000's). Though these houses obviously cannot be as nicely built as the more expensive private housing, the low price and/or low rent can let people move in and not suffer the sleeping under bridges problem.
Its kinda like a man from rural cities, and decides to move to Manhattan to pursuit a new life. The person has no car nor is really willing to live very far but has a job that is paying fairly Manhattan rate but hasn't acquired enough to find housing yet. He has a choice to not go to Manhattan, but he "heard" that there is a higher pay and wage compared to the rural area. Remember that developing country will of course has a big difference from the rural to large cities like Beijing and Shanghai, etc....
