I had some liquidity problems as well during that same time. No big surprise but still frustrating. When you talk to your rep or call back request an AUDIT FORM to submit the details of what happened. They will then submit it to their trade audit committee for formal review. I have completed this form and will see what happens. Good luck and good trading.
DislikedAs I mentioned in my previous post, I had serious problems with my broker FXCM. The platform froze for about 13 min, no quotes, I could not close the positions, phone lines to FXCM were busy, mobile platform didn't work either. Later, I was able to leave messages for my assigned rep(s), but they have not returned the calls. This cost me tons of $$$. Does anyone here trade with FXCM?Ignored
