DislikedFor me, I use the following
Simple 40
Simple 50
Simple 100
Simple 200
When PA gets to 40, it starts to slow, usually. When it gets to 50, it usually gives the proper friction to bounce PA (Under Rational Markets). If PA passes those MAs, M100 is the next bounce I look for, then MA 200 for ultimate friction. I also trade MA 100 and 200 crossovers as those seem to be very reliable, to me. I only have MA 40 in there because it gives me an indication if PA will bounce off 50 or punch through to 100. PA around 40 that is slowing, gives me the indication...Ignored
Green = 40MA
Red = 50MA
Gold = 100MA
Blue = 200MA
1 - PA slows at 40 and can't reach 50
2 - PA slows (candles) and breaches then bounces on 50
3 - PA slows at 40 bounces at 50
4 - PA bounces on 40
5 - PA bounces off 200 on backside
6 - PA bounces on 40
7 - PA slows and bounces in 40/50 gap
8 - PA slows at 40 bounces at 50
9 - When PA is messing with low MAs, use higher MA. PA follows 100 near perfectly
