DislikedTake the numbers from the sequence of fibonacci numbers.
34, 55, 89, 144, 233, 377, 610, 987
Divide 34 by 55, 55 by 89, 89 by 144, 144 by 233, 233 by 377 and so on.
This makes 61.8 the most significant of the retracement levels.Ignored
Divide 1 by 2. This makes 50 the second retracement level.
2/3, 3/5, 5/8 verge on 61.8, supporting what you say.
Skip one number (55 by 144, etc.) and you get your second-most significant (38.2), two and you get your third-most significant (23.6), and so on, according to what you say, of the retracement levels.
Which all ignores Lucas numbers.
To me, it's easiest to do the 100 and 50, although a 23.6 dcb and adjustable 3D fib spiral TL's are fun.
