Dislikednow the general concensus is that this indicator repaints miserably, however why not give it a good test, its a bit different
nice thread
its similar to how I trade
looking for U turns at tops and bottoms then entering at confirmations
good luckIgnored
DislikedHi TT
Got sell signal on my system when market open e/u 1.3490
Well Let's see what will happenIgnored
DislikedHi Tau
this is how Im adding your concept to what Im building.
1- determine the U turns at 4 hour charts and (this can take some time to happen) for this I recently added swingmans (bloody great) indicator the NB indicators which you can find at Nanningbob s buylow sellhigh thread (he is also doing some thing pretty cool)
2- go only in that direction with 1 hr time frame swings
I use the ZZ semafor for exits and for entries.
This is how it could be with your 1st model
See the picture on 1 hr chart with green bars
you have a hollow...Ignored

Thanks for sharing the Taucross. Fits really well into standard ichi analysis, the dots have a good way of predicting upcoming crosses. Well done!

DislikedGood day to you,
Thank you for the post. I will have a look at your proposals. I still have to continue watching the behaviour of the Rule 1 dots. This is the most important "factor". It may take a while to put it through it's paces. I do however think it remains a valid avenue to continue investigating and testing.
Care should be taken. The Rule 1 dots should only be used as an indication of a possible turn. Not as a signal to trade. The signal to trade lies with the second part. The "1" dots. But with a twist. Before this can be traded...Ignored
DislikedThe very first thing I always need to be aware of, are the hollow dots indicated on the chart. These may form in quick succession, or not. The purpose here, is to get a POSSIBLE heads-up of when a short term turn may be on the cards. These indications move. It is just a pre-emptive indication. It is not a doorstop or a brick wall. You will learn to understand how they move, once you have gone through a period of study / observation.
Their role is to attempt to keep you on the higher probability side of Price. Nothing more, nothing less. It is...Ignored

would you happen to have the hollow dots as a stand alone indicator?
I know it repaints but if you have a stand alone version would be much appreciated
cheersIgnored

Wait for the Rule one circle and then enter on the yellow arrow down
ZZ semafor is an option for exits I thought since this one does not repaintIgnored
DislikedI am watching ej right now, was tempted to short on the bearish engulfing bar on 1hr-waiting to see if we get another confirmation from the system. Also watching the aud/usd on 1hr-may be a sell off from that level.Ignored
DislikedGood day to you,
I have empathy with you, sticking around and testing. I remain grateful. the entry on EUR/JPY may come to fruition soon, I hope. Just waiting for 1 more condition. I think I will start building my short on EJ soon.
I know things are all over the place at present, but progress is made. Thank you for taking the time to evaluate.

DislikedGood day to you,
I still have no possible short indication on EU, as yet. I do however have a warning on GJ (1hr) and now starting on EJ ( 1hr). The GJ indication is slightly more established at this point, although it has moved up with price, as price continued higher.
In theory, I have to start looking at a possible trap / overshoot forming on these. Selling into the rise...will keep an eye on these for the next couple of hours
Wish you successIgnored
