DislikedJason,
I am on the demo and I see the pivots as little dots on teh 5 min chart I want to see if you have something like most platforms that plots the pivots from say midnight one day till midnight the next and plots actual lines like the picture belowIgnored
QuoteDislikedThanks Jason, so the pivots on teh 5 min chart as opposed to the 30 min chart different? Are they not calculated on the time of opening to close of a session?

DislikedTraders with an account balance of $10,000 or greater at the close of trading on March 18 will automatically have a 1 pip reduction from FXCM's standard spreads, and traders also have the option to deposit additional funds to take advantage of the offer.Ignored
DislikedYes, they will be different on our chart, because if you're looking at the 5 minute chart, it's going to calculate the pivot based on the High, Low, Close from the 5 minute candle rather than the daily candle. Whereas most traders want to take the pivot based off of the entire previous daily candle then apply that level to the 5 minute chart.Ignored

DislikedHi Barry,
You can email me with the account number and I will help in coordinating any troubleshooting with our tech support.
Additional note: Please keep in mind if this is a traders live account, the trader will need to contact us directly as we will not be able to speak with you directly about an account if you are not the account holder.

DislikedJason that is a totally irresponsible blow-off to your very serious issue of server disconnects. This issue is not specific to one account, it is your entire MT4 platform and you know that darn well. We will continue to advise traders NOT to use FXCM or FXCM UK until you get your act together. You should be ashamed of yourself. This issue can cost traders a lot of money. I personally reviewed a fxcm live trading log where the terminal disconnected for 18 minutes, just after the EA made a trade. What if this was instead a close order and the trader...Ignored
DislikedSo after they change the micro to normal standard spread, what is spread for E/U and G/U ?Ignored
DislikedAlthough I have not personally noticed, have heard credible sources state that on UK micros they are currently giving slippage on most trades, sometimes up to 5 pip slippage...so they are clearly up to something now, back to their old ways.Ignored
DislikedIsn't it possible that they're having more slippage because they've got more customers now because of the US traders switching to the UK due to the lower leverage regulations?Ignored
DislikedI opened with FXCM UK with euros 10,000, but I was not aware of this spreads reduction offer. Is it on the website somewhere?
Ho can I take advantage of this offer?
I now have raw spreads on the Trading Station platform, do I need to go back to standard spreads to get this spreads reduction?
Thank you.Ignored
DislikedI'll develop the pivot points indicator when the new version of Market Scope will be available (end of march?). With the current version, it can't be done without messing up charts, see:
