I sometimes do what BT did - due to exigencies, put in opposite position when leaving PC. So, it becomes Hedging. Then, one has to cut the newly put position which is usually in profit. Do it a few times and you make up part of your loss and Get out on a good day. I know, one has to miss opportunities while he is hedged but sometime there is no other way. Understand about cutting loss - I do it not as denial but as safety tactic.
