So the range of the 7.00 and 7.05 5m candle.
For simplicity I have mine set up on a 10 min chart so it is just the high and low of the 7.00 candle

DislikedI place my orders at 0715 GMT, London opens at 0800 GMT and Frankfurt opens at 0700 GMT.
