DislikedImproved version of 5-7 breakout. Follow these rules and test it out even for those months that you think this method lost and let me know the results.
1. g/u 7pips for short and 7+spread for long, g/j 8 pips for short and 8+spread for long
2. apply 2 moving averages one is EMA 90 and the other SMA 200
3. do not enter if the box is greater then 90 pips including spreads and if the 2 moving averages are in the box(it is acceptable if SMA is slightly in but not in the mid of the box,1/3 is fine, if SMA is in the box more then 1/3 then don't...Ignored

What time zone are you using?
I am on the 4.00 - 7.00. But because of BST (being GMT+1 = 08.00) we are still 6 minutes away from the closing of the breakout period. Which is 8.00 over here. (as per the first post #1)
But I notice that you guys have already finished and hour before. So - LOL - well done. But if you could clarify that would be greatIgnored
