Serves as an intraday price turning point. These are very reliable if used properly and and can be seen on everything from daily down to 15 min charts. Most frequently, you’ll be using them on hourlies.
The easiest way to describe this pattern is a 0-1-0 pattern, where in the case of a buy, price makes a new low; that low is taken out, price comes back up past the initial pullback from the first low, comes back down and uses the base of the first low as support. Its essentially a mutated...Ignored

- overbought territory (price broke through the upper bollinger band;
- M5 chart shows bearish candlestick signals.

I saw this one but had to pass. I didn't think the history on the 1.6600 was sufficient. June 2nd was only ONE day and the bounce off 1.6600 on that day was only around 50 pips, which is way too small and made me doubt this trade. Rebounds of 200 and 300 pips + are more significant especially when they happen on more than one occassion.
Ideally you want a level to be respected at least twice (on the 4-hr chart), three or more times would be fantastic. The more respect in the past the higher the probability of your trade succeeding...Ignored
DislikedMorning, Going to close my position on Eur/gbp. Its been hanging around 8500 for too long now. Friday could see some profit taking on cable which will see this move up again so I'm out for now. Not a bad run though, I like this pair.Ignored
