DislikedLondon is always GMT+0 (Greenwich is in London). You are referring to BST(DST) which GMT switches to and from twice a year. As GMT switches to BST, London is still GMT+0, although you are correct, it has moved an hour forward.

GMT never shifts. Local times shift back and forth an hour for Summer and Winter time. GMT remains stationary.
During BST, London is GMT +1.
