Fiji...simply excellent work.
As far as seeing threads. I've found I have to refresh threads many time to see post since the last time I came here. They don't seem to automatically update when I re-login.
As far as VP being expensive. I sorta have an analogy I'm familiar with.
I have been playing guitar for 35 years. When I, or most people start out...we buy inexpensive guitars. Well, even after playing for as long as I have, getting a $100 guitar to sound good as near impossible (in the guitar world, price "generally" does have a bearing on quality.) So, people start with limited skills, and buy limited equipment...which only exacerbates (sp?) their limited skills.
The thing is, nobody wants to spend $1000 on a guitar before they know what they're doing with it. But, the equipment your using is actually hampering your ability to get better. But, then, it sorta is humorous to see a total newbie playing a $4500 Martin. He simply doesn't have the ability to get the most out of it. It's a Catch-22 sorta scenario I guess.
The better you get, the more you can appreciate better tools.
VP sounds like something an experienced trader can really utilize. But, possibly...in the hands of a newbie, it goes seriously underutilized.
Still, even as a newbie, I'd rather have a $4,5000 Martin D-45, than a $100 Chinese cardboard one. I may make a lotta mistakes...but, it wont be the guitars fault..and even my mistakes prolly will sound better
I've signed up for the Free Demo at VP. I'll see what comes from it.
Again, thanks FIJI. I still have all your posts on great places in the world for a Trader to live.
Just for inspiration

Oh, and on Edit...I guess it's not a "demo" they are giving me, but, according to the EMail I recieved back from VP, it will be previous charts in the markets I'm interested in. I will call them on Monday and see exactly it is.
