DislikedHi nyse1982 - I'm behind on your thread due to overwork elsewhere....http://www.forexfactory.com/images/icons/icon11.gif
Might I suggest that you remove the unused space on the top section of your posted chart by moving all of the tool bars onto a single line. I actually remove the time section as the blue clock suffices and I customise the first section by removing the Meta Editor and the Expert Advisors which I seldom if ever use......http://www.forexfactory.com/images/icons/icon12.gifIgnored
DislikedI got out with 4 pips for the fact that the volume didn't show real strength in relation to candle 2! So I got a with a few pips here Also, I should have recognized that hammer!Ignored
DislikedLOL - that was fast - modified chart noted
Good that you got out with a couple of pips.....I'd been long - as posted elsewhere - since the pull back to the 50% retrace in Frankies Hour and was happy to exit with nice pips as that break up to new highs stalled at the 4150 level....Ignored

, u know that volume is broker-relative, not to mention broker times/timezones are different too. that explains why volume per broker will show up differently.
I agree with Piters. we are in a free world so let's just respect each other, shall we? should reign.
Piters,
well said, buddy. Actually it's good to know that u apply VSA.Ignored
DislikedTjpld,
My only concern is that new traders might risk real money on this.
There are 100's of systems here and not all will make money. Will you be going in those threads with your concerns?
It is their right to know that MT4 Volume is not reliable.
I think that's been amply pointed out. However, nyse1982 has been using this unreliable data and posting many successful trades.
So you say broker should be large. That disqualifies every MT4 Broker...
So we agree on that one.
Also I would not judge a...Ignored

DislikedOne member requested this so.......
It is the same as visual volume & spread but with ALARM on selected level!!!
External variables:
extern bool displayAlert = true;
extern double AlertAtLevel = 50;
THE ALARM WILL RING CONSTANTLY SHOWING THE ACTUAL SPREAD IF ITS BIGGER THAN USED LEVEL!!!
EnjoyIgnored

Dislikedhey Flash, many thanks for the hard works.
do your indicator all VSA patterns?
i was googling but did not find not that could help you to write the code.

In this situation, you will have already seen a substantial rise in the market. The likely end of a rising market is hallmarked by a narrow spread, on an up-day (or bar), accompanied by very high volume. Ideally, the market should close on the high – this ‘capping’ action adds extra significance to the weakness and the price should fall immediately in this situation. If the prices are into new high ground, this will usually mark a top. How do we know this?Well, if the professional money had been bullish (there is no way they are going to give you a good deal),the spread of the day would have been wide and up. The spread is narrow because they are selling into a surge of buy orders, which prevents the price from rising too much. The market-makers are giving the buying public a good price because they have detected overall weakness and are taking profits.
: You will sometimes see a “Likely End of a Rising Market” indicator as a market is trending
upwards on one of the waves up – the market frequently rests and goes sideways (or falls slightly)
when trending upwards. However, if the market is strong, prices will resume their upward course.
