Hi everybody. Iīm a forex trader for more than one year now. I follow this site since 2007, but just now i realized that i can ask for help here, in the forums. And off course, i can give a hand too ...
So letīs get to the point, to my first post.
Me and my friends (another traders from Brazil), eventually meet each others to make some brainstorms about strategy's, technical analyses, fundamental analyses, systems, etc.
One night we came to this question : What, exactly, could make a pip to move? We are not talking about "big" moves like 1.2450 to 1.2550, we are talking about 1.2450 to 1.2451, for instance. Just one pip ... what kind of force could make it to move? I have an idea (like offer and demand ...) but i donīt have a very clearly understanding of this yet.
Iīm really sorry if this question is just too stupid, itīs look like so simple and obvious ... but when we get deep and try to explain in details to somebody else, especially somebody outside of the business, it turns into a mess and a lot of possibilities shows up.
Any kind of help are welcome. Thanks !
