Where can I learn more about Price Action like those in James16 charts? 9 replies
DislikedLOL never heard of those, but sound cool, will check them out. They work pretty good, the rounder the button the better, but on a 4h chart I wouldn't expect the bottom to be as round. I've honestly only traded them a few times, and when I have, I usually look for other reasons to enter the trade also. I'd check them out and test them of course if you plan to trade them, I personally like them because they make for a good spot to enter a trade, where you can set a tight stop/loss, and feel ok if it hits usually.Ignored

DislikedI've never used them before, the only ones I've been taking are the common ones the H&S, traingles ranges, channels, roundbottoms, round tops, double bottoms and double tops.
Not sure if these strange somewhat new patterns would work as great, atleast this time it did, this cup and handle thingIgnored

DislikedClosing above dw4 ppz, can be considered positive sign for e/j imo.

DislikedHey Ghous
Yeah I didn't take them, because I wasn't a huge fan of the breakout pattern(for me to play a breakout I look for clear patterns). Secondly the area I was watching just didn't close above the area I was looking for to play in my intraday style. So overall things were close, but not exactly how I liked it so stuck to my rules and stayed out. Never the less missed a bunch of moves, but that is how the story goes. I know Jim(jaroo) caught a lot

DislikedSomeone mentioned Fib Expansion Vs Fib Retracement.
Please understand that I feel this image is in total syncronicity with PA.
Just because there is a Line there, doesn't mean Price will get there.
In the World of Fib;
Expect Confluence between 46.##% & 53.##% {slightly tighter than 38% & 62%}
If you subscribe to this thought proccess;
How about this one. {Mine}
"Any Current Confluence Could Be depicting the range of 46.##% & 53.##% of The Move In Progress."Ignored
DislikedI can't post a chart right now so I had to steal this one from Mike's Breakout Thread in the PF.
1st target was hit at 135.00. BUOB off the wedge breakout.Ignored
DislikedNice Jim, I caught on to the same one. Now it looks like the 130 area is going to act as support. I'd like to see a retracement from here then solid pa in that area to get into another position headed towards the top.Ignored
