Dislikedcrodzilla,
One very nice indicator is posted on forex-tsd forum (T101 thread ) Is it possible to develop something similar to that?
ThanksIgnored
DislikedThat comes over quite rude and ungrateful -as do your following jokes.
If you felt there were aspects of the other indicator that would benefit Crods then you could have said so politley and in an adult manor outling what you would like to see - as in fact others have made suggestions for improvements which Crod has tried to take on.
Please dont joke about this as we dont want to Pee him off - we are lucky to be around people like Crod who write programs for free and for our benefit - get it?Ignored
DislikedI really don't know what made you think that I was joking about Crods capabilities. I just came across this indicator which appealed to me and I thought I would ask him to incorporate some of its aspects if possible . His capabilities are never questioned otherwise why I would post here at all?
I see that you are reading so much into my post something wrong with the way you think..Ignored
DislikedHi Carl!
I was trying to find out which hour of the day the bare date references on the daily. On comparing the display in the single TF monitor (2008.10.28) and the hourly on the Multi TF monitor (2008.10.28 23:00), I discovered that that hour was 23:00 on 2008.10.28 i.e. near the end of the day (refer attached screen shot). Going back to Julius' original monitor (7 buys & 7 sells in a demo account in MT4), those orders would have been opened near the start of the day. so 2008.10.28 shud by that logic reference the OPEN price of 00:00 hour on 2008.10.28 OR the CLOSE price of the 23:00 hour on 2008.10.27 (the PREVIOUS trading day). So, 2008.10.28 on the daily monitor shud equate to 2008.10.27 23:00 (not 2008.10.28 23:00 as we see now) on the hourly monitor (assuming you are using closing prices).
cheers.Ignored

DislikedMy \"you'll have to pay for it\" comment meant that he was going to have to pay someone else to do it. This will always be free from me.
I strayed from the methodology and lost 20%. I have seen for myself that the T101 methodology has merit beyond what even Julius has uncovered.

DislikedYes. That is a good point. As I have explained earlier in this thread, if the current day is selected on the main window, you will see the last exported quote from your MT4 on whatever timeframe you attached the Data Save Indicator to. If you select the previous Friday date, you will see the close (open) of the Sunday start of trading, which is what I think you are looking for.
I plan on expanding the main reference date to be an hourly choice, as that makes sense to me. It will give you the option of reloading the main reference to see a short timeframe. I have to refine the reload function to not erase everything on the 5 column window. I want the reload to refresh the database, but not affect...Ignored
Disliked.. for some extremely selfless work on your part.
I have found your program to be the single best tool to help get my head around the intricacies of the T101 base system in particular and currency flows in general.
I find the MTF slots invaluable for spotting trend changes (RB/BP/SP shifts) and have had great success overall... pure basket-trading - I have not, as yet, delved in to 'repelling pairs', etc.
I understand from a past post of yours that text alerts should be triggered when selected (without a .wav file specified)....Ignored
DislikedIf you leave it running on a 1-hour chart, it will update all timeframes every hour (excluding the main screen which is real-time).
