Thanks for the update Carl. Looks like zero (0) is the top slot and 13 is the bottom slot.
And when I loaded the 10-13-2008_AL.csv file directly into excel, Excel must lock the file because the program kicked out "unable to write to locked file" error in message boxes.
So if you want to view that file, first load in Notepad, copy file contents, close Notepad, then paste the text into excel and split newly pasted text into columns by the comma delimiter.
Edit: this update is very helpful - now we have a way to track what the currencies are doing in relation to each other over time and how often they change position!!
