DislikedIn the New York Box I get an error "invalid point number 155 for ObjectMove function". Also for 154 and 153. What could be the problem?Ignored
DislikedHere's an idea that might have some merit...
With the original system, the pairs that seem to work best are ones that have one currency is the US Dollar with the US open. My thought was, will that work with the Euro and the European open?
Using the same rules and using GMT hours 05:00 to 07:15, I want to see if there are any possibilities using the Euro pairs and possibly far east currencies pairs. A visual inspection looked promising.
All I am trying to grab (scalp) is 10 - 15 pips off of a pair. I am sleeping so I don't want to get too crazy with the orders. The one variation to the rules is that since I am scalping, I am not as concerned with the trend. If there is a clear 1hr - 4hr trend in progress, then I will only take enter that side of the pending order. If there is no clear, obvious trend, I will use the high/low straddle.
Last night I was 4 for 4 with the 5th order currently - 21 pips.
Winners - EURCHF AUDJPY EURJPY EURUSD
Pending - EURGBP -21pips
Those are the only pairs I traded last night. I will continue experimenting with stops.
Please, I am open for any comments...

DislikedI am not sure where your from so I can't comment on your time frame... but one thing I do know is that your times are off. This is a two hour box, not a two hour and 15 minute box. Original times..using NY times are from 07:00 am to 09:00 am, not 09:15. I hope that this helps.
Also if you traded last night, your not using the Big Dog system.. your using one you came up with.Ignored
DislikedHey Ronald,
I tossed your EA on a demo account on EU only, and I guess I don't really understand what it's supposed to do. Can it be used with this system?
There aren't many settings, so I assume if it indeed works the way this system needs it to, then I have the time settings wrong.
I set it to my chart and chose 14:00 for start time, and 16:15 for end time (as I use fxdd and it has a 2 hr gmt differential).
I assumed (yes I know what they say about assume) that it would get the hi-lo from the start end time settings, then take the trade as this system requires. But it ended up taking about 10 trades yesterday, throughout the day, and none of them were anywhere near the hi-lo+breakout buffer.
If you have a manual or can enlighten me it'd be much appreciated.
Thanks!Ignored

DislikedSorry, CTGuy, but you are mistaken. You are looking at a two hour and 15 minute period. In the charts you posted, there are 9 bars in play at 15 minutes each. The 9th bar ends at 9:15 ET. That's a total of 2:15.
