Sorry if this question has already been answered before, but there's over 2000 posts in this thread. I figured it would just be easier to ask.
I know that the platform is down for maintenance twice a day, and that during that time, we can't enter any orders. However, what happens to open orders during "down" time?
Let's say I set my stoploss (at market) for 1.5560. The price gets hit while the system is down for maintenance. Does the order get filled as usual (I just can't see it happening until the platform opens again)? Does the order get filled at the platform re-opening price, even if the price is more than 20 pips away from my stop loss? Or does the order get ignored altogether?
Bottom line, do I have to worry about unfilled orders due to "down times".
Thanks!
