Congrats Nip !
When I was in Miami, I found it was a bit more reasonable (nothing's cheap)
to stay around North Miami and Opa-Locka, in those neighborhoods, instead of
paying thru the nose for South Beach. What's the difference if you're gonna be
working 15-20 minutes away and saving a few hundred/month.
It's been a while so, I dunno, maybe everything's different now, but, you'll find
something within your budget and Hey Man ! You're at the Beach !
If you're still excited about it 6 months later, you'll probably never wanna leave.
Otherwise, in six months you'll go, "Jeez, this ocean really stinks like shit !""
and move inland a few miles like most people do when they relocate to Dade.
Checked into this Mentoring they mentioned on their website. Makes it sound like
their average investment client doesn't know which end of his ass to wipe so
they mentor him until he can. Make sure they're feeding you a list of players
and not just ass-wipers. Like anywhere else, you'll be expected to bring in new money.
You've actually traded before Nip, and you'll be ahead (maybe way ahead) of
alot of the new guys just passing their series exams and boasting about how
cool they think is it to be a broker in Florida. Just remember FF. You're a FOREX trader.
Don't forget to "boomerang" 'em every chance you get, brother.
I hope you fall into a big pile of someone else's money and it sticks to you.
