ps. I think I might post his number on a porn forum as a sex hotline.

DislikedI have been reading this thread. I gotta tell ya. I am appauled at this scam company. However, how do you know you have the correct info and that you are calling the right person?. I have some rope, why don't you have your selves a good old fashioned lynching. Who the hell cares if you have the right person or if due process has been served. Hell who needs laws when there is vigilante work to be done...
LOL good gravey, where's my hangin rope?Ignored

DislikedWe DO KNOW we have "acorrect info" mate. It appears on our PayPal receipt. That's where our money went to. Don't we as PAYING CUSTOMERS have a right to cotact the business we are supportoning with our hard earned money? Pleas edo answer my friend.Ignored
DislikedDo you honestly believe that harassment helps your legal cause? I stand by my statement. This kind of thing does not help your cause at all. In fact it hurts. I find it amazing that you would even make this statement. It is not a question of your paying customer business rights. It is that 2 wrongs do not make a right. In fact this type of behavior only hurts your legal standing.
I don't have anything more to say here, because reason seems to be be left behind. I agree that this is a scam. I do not agree that stooping this level is justified or helpful.
I hope you all prevail. You deserve to be refunded, but this sort of thing will not help. In the process of attempting to win your case, don't give the opposition the amunition for you to shoot yourself in the foot.Ignored
DislikedI do appreciate your answer but don't know what you mean by "harassment". It is Jason he is making threats not me. I just pointed out that the phone number appears on the receipt and it is perfectly legitimate for a customer to contact a vendor if s/he is having problems with the product/service. Appreciate your sympathy for the victims as well.Ignored
DislikedNotwithstanding all the comments to the contrary, I don't think that Jason nor especially the other mods intended for this to be a scam. But, it's definitely turned out to be a big mess and the least Jason should do is refund everyone's money.
But, he does have considerable legal liability and I don't mean monetarily. Before he shut the room down, he threatened to "...SLASH ALL YOUR TIRES -- AND I REALLY MEAN IT!!!" if we didn't stop chatting in the room. Remember, he has our contact information and he lives close enough to some (me included) to actually find us and do it. We've all seen his temper and irrational behavior displayed in the room. No telling what he's capable of. This threat is an assault and it's illegal and he could/should be arrested for it.Ignored
DislikedYes I do see your point, however, I am referring to calling this person's phone number at 3:00 am as was suggested and continuously arguing with this person. This is what laws are for. In most parts of the USA this type of behavior is considered disturbing the peace and is a form of illegal harassment. I understand the anger and frustration everyone feels, but don't blow your chances for legal action by doing this sort of thing.
I think it would be wiser to send registered mail to this individual so you had proof of actually demanding a return of funds. If he refuses to accept the mail, you have proof it was attempted to be delivered. Then you a set of steps to follow as recourse, including legal action or even individual small claims actions with the power of attachment of property.Ignored
DislikedYou're right about 3:00am (3:00pm should be fine though) calls and yours is a very sound advice. Thanks.Ignored
