DislikedI've been watching this thread with great interest, and finally decided to try it out on demo.
The following 2 examples are on the 30m charts, and I hope I've interpreted the rules correctly for this TF.
Both trades open on (or just above) a pivot line, with the specific targets arrowed.
GBP/USD targets are obvious, but with such a strong upward trend, and the price standing well away from the 8ema, it seemed prudent to let it run. The result was around 118 pips or so, which was encouraging.
EUR/USD also provided a strong run up, which I allowed to pass my target, and I probably would have let it run further, except for that nasty upper shadow on my eventual exit candle. Candlesticks RULE!! The result was a 36 pip profit.
Please feel free to point out any errors in judgement on my part, folks. This has turned out to be a fantastic system, as well as a lively and interesting thread.
To Felicia...many thanks indeed for sharing this with us.

DislikedGreat trading, Eyevoltage, i'm watch & learn this system for month, but can't make cute entry, while try to entry with watching the chart, make me fear, cause i can't make good decision !
I saw you have pivot in your chart, may let me know how to put it at my MT4 ? & how can we know the pivot level ?
I'm sure this CF system is very good, cause i saw many of this system follower present their profit result here ! I would thanks to Felicia, for his good system ! http://www.forexfactory.com/images/icons/icon14.gif Hi Felicia, I just sign for this forum because of your very atttracting system !
I also need your advice, Felicia, how to make entry decision, like yesterday, at 8 August around 7:00 am GMT to 9:00 am GMT, i'm very confuse http://www.forexfactory.com/images/icons/icon5.gif to make a short for GBPUSD or to long, cause i catch your system idea is to :
1. watch the longer TF; i watch 1H TF, and saw GU was down trend
2. entry to short while the price was retrace / pullback to 12 / 24 EMA,
the deeper the pullback, will make more profitable http://www.forexfactory.com/images/icons/icon5.gif
I also want to ask Eyevoltage, seems you make good decision even, not sitck on the CF rule !? Can your share more your trading style ? Seems you have the good breakout formula http://www.forexfactory.com/images/icons/icon12.gif

DislikedHope you don't mind, but I thought this chart would help any newbie out there who's a bit confused concerning exits. I took this trade below the black arrow as the price crossed the 72ema. Seeing as how it was just under the Pivot Point, and well above the M2 line, it was a good R/R situation. However, the thing that concerned me as the trade developed was the long lower shadows on the preceding candle, as well as the one I was involved in. A sure sign that the Bears were fighting back! I got out of the trade as the next candle kicked in, and I'm glad I did, seeing as this next candle turned out to be a spinning top, and definitely not good for the nerves! As I type this, the price continues to move sideways above the S1 line, so it'll be interesting to see which way it eventually goes. Exits can be S/R lines, MA crosses, breakouts of Trend lines etc., but sometimes it really does pay to take notice of the actual candlestick. It can give you so much valuable info, trust me!Ignored
DislikedHello again.
I'm attaching a 5m chart of USD/JPY from this morning of what I see as possible scalping trades. I know Felicia mentioned how one can scalp the Cornflower on 5m, so I was wondering if the more experienced amongst you could confirm (or not, as the case may be) that these trades would have been within the Cornflower rules.

DislikedVery good Eyevoltage ! I saw now the price at 118.76 !!!
Thanks for your pivot indicator, already download.
I saw more light at this CF system + pivot
If i may ask about the pivot :
1. why mine MT4 doesn't shown the pivot line M1, M2 ?
2. I use MT4 with GMT +2 for default time, so the closed price at previous day, not shown similary with your, how can i solve this ?
About the candle stick, i saw different candle at some platform, cause sometime broker widen their spread, what broker platform / server do you refer for the best tick price ?
TQ very much ! http://www.forexfactory.com/images/icons/icon12.gifIgnored
DislikedMay you explain what is scalping trades that you mean, sorry i new and don't understand.

DislikedHi WS168.
Glad you like the Pivot indicator. Yours isn't showing the M1, M2 etc., because you have to set it up. Right click on the chart and select Indicator List. Highlight MultiPivotV2 and click Edit. In the resulting window, scroll down until you see "Mid Pivots". It will say "False" at the side, so double click where it says "False" and you'll get the alternative "True" dropping down underneath it. Click on "True" and then close the window. When you get back to your chart, you should see the Mid-point lines quite clearly.
Sorry, but I can't help you with your GMT+2 question. I have no idea how you'd get around that, as I'm in the UK, which is at present GMT+1. Perhaps somebody from outside the UK can help you on that.
It would be impossible for me to answer your question about broker prices etc., as they all differ, and there's so many of them! People on this forum who are more familiar with different brokers than I am would be the best to ask.

DislikedOne pivot indicator I use has an option to change the time. I have it set to 0 and it seems to be about right, but the variance would depend on how much movement there is/was at the extremes of the day.
Here it is.

DislikedI was going over the charts earlier and found this setup in progress, left over from the close of trading on Friday... I don't trade Fridays after about noon or so EST, so I didn't see it until today. Considering the weekend break, I'd wait for more confirmation that price was going to move UP before taking a position, but this signal meets the CF criteria. Note the final hammer candle with the very long wick. Also, you can see that price had deflected off the Daily R2 resistance level pivot point, came back down to the Daily R1 and then bounced back up, making the previous R1 a SUPPORT level now. These are good indications of where price might be headed when trading reopens, but I would have preferred an entry closer to the 166.50 area. Also, the higher TF charts support a long entry and several of the lower TF's do too. We'll see where it goes...

DislikedHi WS.
I have to apologize for not being able to respond to your GMT+2 shift request. I have to hold my hand up and say I never realized it could be done on that Pivot indicator I gave you. My only excuse is that because I live in the GMT zone, I've never had to bother with it, so it went unnoticed whenever I was editing MultiPivotV2.
Anyway, I'm really glad you managed to sort it out, mate, and again, my apologies.

DislikedThats not your responsible, don't mention !
I myself should seek and learn more about this, its my responsible !
