I am trading future on Uk 100 since some time and at the moment of expiry the futures always were in backwardation (new contract lower than old one). This happens for all indices because some stocks in the new quarter detache dividend and the value of index goes down and this reflects on future. But now, in the roll over september-december 2022, it is in contango, new contract higher. I don't understand. Even if no stock detaches dividends in the new quarter,...Ignored
