Disliked{quote} Read carefully. I said, "Whatever the outcome, I expect it to be good for the USD." I did not say. "Whatever happens, I will do this and that." You cannot take half of the sentence and make it to mean what you want. This is a mistake in beginners of English learners and critical thinkers. Now, the rest of what you said is meaningless. If you have an opinion about USD/TRY going up or down, then that would be valuable. I, however, based upon my own fundamental analysis, believe that on November 23, 2023, when the Bank of Turkey has its policy...Ignored
so whatever will come in the interest session and however market reacts to this ... you will hold.
maybe its really my bad english (then sorry) , but for me sounds like you hold it whatever happens on market. but i asked exactly this sometimes now directly why you would not react when market would change because of maybe very high interest rate decision . i can understand holding a position until a big news come out, but saying holding whatever the outcome and how market reacts?
the rest of my text was correcting your sentence "Prop traders are real trader too". comparing games and real trading is simple wrong. because you dont care that prop is a game you did just come to this fact, but this dont make it correct.
and to your sentence "If you have an opinion about USD/TRY going up or down, then that would be valuable. I, however, based upon my own fundamental analysis, believe that on November 23, 2023, when the Bank of Turkey has its policy meeting, the USD/TRY will rally up. Therefore, this is the reason why I am buying and holding USD/TRY."
this is first time you write it different. and i did wrote you exactly my analyse of this what you asked here for with my first answer. i wrote how i see currency by result of interest decision and how to avoid currencies that can have spread of 5-10% in a prop account with drawdown limits and metatrader maybe as calculation models.
