DislikedInstead, these companies should be invited to issue a public statement here on FF that they clearly do not engage in any actions that MFF has been charged with by the CFTC and they are truly in compliance with all US laws and the laws of all European Union Member states.Ignored

Disliked{quote}-The CFTC has a very specific investigation and enforcement process. First, an investigation is triggered, usually based on complaints or tips, suspicious activity reports via 3rd-parties etc.. An initial assessment occurs and either the case is referred to another agency, the CFTC closes the investigation, or, an investigation is opened. During the investigation process, the CFTC will gather data from voluntary interviews or testimony, written requests to various 3rd-parties, administrative subpoenas et al.. After this process, the CFTC...Ignored
Disliked{quote} Buddy, i dont have anymore understanding than anyone else, i am just trying to use a little common sense. A lot of FF bandwith is being used here for some never ending discussions. Instead, these companies should be invited to issue a public statement here on FF that they clearly do not engage in any actions that MFF has been charged with by the CFTC and they are truly in compliance with all US laws and the laws of all European Union Member states. Because if they dont, i am not sure how long this business model will survive. The rules that...Ignored
Disliked{quote} Corp tax rate in US 21% vs Britain's 25% and New Zealand's 28% whoever set up the Corp needs to deduct your payouts first, which 20% profit sharing ends up being 15% in Bn and 14% in NZ after tax Better use private individuals that you can trust, tax rate won't so high, the individuals might not even pay the tax in their countryIgnored
Disliked{quote} It's actually pathetic. The "land of the free" is so far from reality. I mean just look at the past several years, people forced to get a "vaccine" to keep their jobs. You had to sign a waiver so they could not be held accountable......"You must get this shot be we are not responsible for what happens" Now as all of the truth comes out about how ineffective they actually were......what happens to the folks who got sick, permanently disabled and /or died as a result? The folks that lost their jobs for refusing? Our military members being...Ignored
DislikedPlease, I need your thoughts. When you get a funded account and the login detail, one will think the Status Bar will read "Real..." But, it reads "Demo...'' So, this means that we are still demo trading. This begs the question: Where do prop firms get money that they payout? If it is from registrations, it means the whole prop firm thing is still a Ponzi scheme.Ignored

Disliked{quote} One thing that should be mentioned real quick is this. It is suggested, that firms in UAE are safe. Maybe they are, when looking at it from a perspective of not being reachable by US law. But... most companies in UAE are not set up by locals these days. Most are set up by foreign nationals and many of these companies are not supposed to last. At least that applies to some explicit industries.Ignored

Disliked{quote} You are playing a videogame. Your payouts are coming from the lost challenges. Ignore what is written in the server name. "Demo", "Live" or anything else is just fake stuff. They could have there something like "Server 3 - We are here for you money" or "Server 3 - you suck at trading". This is as valid as anything else. Finotive even has "Live" in their challenges. Do you think they put money in real market when you are doing phase 1 challenge ? Focus in doing good trading and which props are paying and don't spend energy with this demo...Ignored
Disliked{quote} Funded Next is one of those that if in the rules (like the IP rule) we can smell how shaddy they are. Then we just need to confirm and that's pretty easy for Funded Next because there are plenty of claims against them about unpaid stuff based in "We believe you bla bla bla....." without any proof or even requests for interview after phase 2 and denials of funded accounts. I wished all props were so easy to spot as shady as Funded...Ignored
